Your MembersFirst Project Manager works closely with assigned personnel to provide hands-on training throughout the entire site build process. We use this opportunity to explain the various features and functions of the web site, and to highlight basic operational tasks that simplify your ongoing maintenance and administration of the site.
Following the Quality Assurance phase, clients are provided with additional one-on-one instruction by our dedicated trainers who will explain in greater detail some of the more advanced features and functions of the application. For those clients who experience turnover in their site management staff, MembersFirst provides free ongoing monthly educational and instructional seminars delivered via online audio and visual webinars convenient to viewing and participation from the comfort of your office.
